Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis brings a lifetime of diverse experience, strong business instincts, and a genuine passion for people to her real estate career. Born and raised in Ashland, Massachusetts, she graduated from Marian High School in Framingham before earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

After college, Lisa spent several years traveling throughout the United States and abroad before settling in North Lake Tahoe, California, where she met her husband, Danny. Eventually, they made their way back east to be closer to family and quickly fell in love with New Hampshire’s White Mountains—a place Lisa has proudly called home for over 20 years.

Lisa’s real estate roots run deeper than her licensing date. In the early 2000s, she and her husband were actively involved in renovating and flipping homes throughout North Conway, Bartlett, and Jackson. This hands-on experience gave her a strong foundation in property value, construction potential, and market insight—skills she brings to every client relationship today.

She formally entered the industry in 2022, quickly establishing herself while working with Vacasa as a Sales Executive, specializing in residential sales and short-term rental properties. In 2024, Lisa expanded her reach by joining Black Bear Realty in New Hampshire and Realty Executives Boston West after obtaining her Massachusetts license, allowing her to better serve clients across both markets. Today, she is proud to be affiliated with North Conway Realty, where she continues to deliver a high level of service and in-depth market knowledge to buyers and sellers throughout the Mount Washington Valley and beyond.

Known for her approachable style and strong communication, Lisa is committed to building lasting relationships and guiding her clients with confidence, transparency, and local expertise.

 Lisa lives in Bartlett, New Hampshire with her husband, two children, and their three dogs. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her embracing the mountain lifestyle—snowboarding in the winter and spending summers hiking, kayaking, boating, and wakeboarding with her family.

In addition to her real estate career, Lisa is a New Hampshire Justice of the Peace, operates a family photography business specializing in portraits, and is the Owner/President of her family’s food brokerage company. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting hats through her creative outlet, Lisa’s Lidz.
